Raw Vegan Wrap Recipe
I made tasty raw vegan wraps! Inside a romaine leaf I put mamey, lychee, and passion fruit.
I helped picked the lychees the day before making this, and the floral notes are a great contrast to the rest of the flavors. Make this recipe your own, customize it with whatever you have on hand, and enjoy!

People are quick to toss bananas! Usually bananas are eaten before they are ripe. When you allow bananas to ripen fully, you get simple sugars instead of starch. 100% especially during the winter months. Sometimes you have to let the skin darken a lot more and even let part of the banana rot and the other half will be perfectly right, Carbs FTW!! 💪💪💪

Well, there are far more people that use butter. You could use coconut oil.sorry to disappoint you.
They are great sautéed with butter. It makes any banana considered too ripe taste grea4. If you cook them right they will caramelize and it's as good as candy but far more nutritious.

My mother enjoyed eating Persimmons when they were at that stage of ripeness😌🙃🥰 they were as sweet as Honey.

Lomita, California 🏡. My Grandmother had a very tall Mulberry Tree in her yard for 60 + years. It was created by grafting a mulberry bush to an apple tree; it grew wonderfully tall, the berries were up off the ground and the fruit was prolific😀
The way to know if it is perfectly ripe is you should be able to twist the stem and it will slide out. You unfortunately ate that fruit 1 or 2 days too early. It should indent at the outer skin when ripe, like a solid custard. It will spoon out easily from inner shell. I purchased my Fernandez and San Pablo directly at Lara Farms near Miami.

It is a tropical fruit called mamey! It comes from a tree. Mamey is really tasty, you should try it!

Where can I find this fruit? When is it in season? I live in St. Pete Fl. I was at the Fruit And Spice Park in Homestead a couple of weeks ago but I didn't get to find/ try any "cinnamon apple". I did get to try a "Mamey apple" (aka "tropical apricot") though. That was delicious. I went and bought a tree of it as soon as I left the park. lol
Hey there, I think Sulcata Grove in Sarasota may have cinnamon apple. I like mammee apple that's fun!
